August Flats is the renovation of three adjacent abandoned mixed use buildings in the heart of Cincinnati’s Over the Rhine District. Each building required extensive renovation while strictly adhering to state and federal historic renovation guidelines. Design includes three 80% AMI apartments and twelve market rate units. Four ground floor commercial shell spaces are located along Race St. and Green St.
