The Medpace B100 renovation is a two-phase update of existing administrative office and amenity spaces. All four floors, the main lobby and a large cafeteria were upgraded to align the building with Medpace’s new office standards. New support functions included innovation labs, technology genius bar, huddle rooms and centralized break rooms on each floor.
