Having the Courage to Change, Goethe St.

  Having the Courage to Change Goethe St. project is the renovation of two residential apartment buildings and one single-family building. All three buildings are currently supportive housing for City Gospel Mission and will remain such.  Buildings 127-129 and 131 will have new layouts and amenity spaces to accommodate eleven one-bedroom apartments. Building 141 will receive a complete interior and exterior makeover to provide an updated communal living environment.
